 La Liga Title twists continues with Barcelona up against Levante and a chance to go top of the table with a win

In what was believed a potential title deciding week the hype did leave up it's expectation but the results will not be appreciated by either of the top teams and their fans as the teams failed to take the opportunities presented to them. First off Barcelona were poor against Atletico Madrid at home, lack of ideas, lack of ambition lack of courage you name it, Barca faced all of those issues, Atleti was the team on the top and maybe they will be feeling they should've had more from the game as clear opportunities fell to them, but none of the teams could make the most of it and here the clear disadvantage in form of result fell on Barca as being the home team against the league leaders they missed their shot at the title.

Apart from Lionel Messi's solo run and the Dembele header in the dying moments of the game Barcelona fell short on efforts on the day, Atleti on the other hand managed the game well and made sure Barcelona don't win pas them late in the game, with the draw at Camp Nou all the eyes turned towards the Champions Real Madrid who were up against Sevilla in yet another crucial game, unlike the cagey affair and tactical display of the Barca Atleti game this game was just what football fans could've hoped for, be it goals, late drama, VAR the game had it all. It would be fair to say Real deserved to win on the night if it was not for the VAR decision for penalty to Sevilla and the miss by Casemiro late in 95th minute of the game, the match ended 2-2 with neither of the title contenders making the most of the opportunity and it is fair is to the La Liga title affair is going down to the wire.

To kick off the things and make their mark on league table Barcelona will face Levante away from home and there needs no explanation on how big of game it can be in La Liga a chance to mount pressure on other teams, remember Atleti will be playing Real Sociedad at home and Real Madrid to face Granda away. So the onus is on Barca to set the tone for the week.

Barcelona Coach Ronald Koeman before the game against Levate spoke in the press conference giving out message that

 " They still believe they can win the league"

" It's not in our hands but if we don't make more mistakes we will put pressure on others, 

"We will do everything to win until the last second".

Barcelona will be hoping for a favour from Real Soceidad and Granada to help their cause of chasing the la liga title, but all the prediction and theories on who is to win the La Liga title how been out of the window so far, it only is a matter of time and games and the results of the teams that can decide the fate, Barcelona will be hoping to set an early tone with a win away at Levanta a side who is currently 14th in the league table with just 39 points it looks they are safe for their place next season in La Liga Santander, but the eyes will be on Barcelona who will have to initiate and show some ambition after the poor home game display against Atletico Madrid.

Match Prediction - Barcelona though after a shaky start of the season have come a long way under the new manager Ronald Koeman, being title contenders who would have thought, well they find themselves in the situation but its clear Barcelona have failed against big opposition in league and Europe this season, with all the big games done and dusted the focus should be wining the remaining one and my prediction is Barcelona will win the game by 2-0 a nervy game for sure but goals will come mostly hopefully by Messi.
